“Vent fan rattles when it's turned on. Poor lighting throughout room, most all lighting in low level? No comfortable one person chairs, preferably recliner. two person love seat bottoms out, older people have trouble getting up and out of these types of seats. No support Bars around commode in bathroom. Breakfast was 2nd rate, warmed over eggs and sausage”

“Renovations are really well done! Staff is absolutely fantastic!! I’ll def stay here again!!!”

“Everyone was very nice but the air unit in our room was sub par and the floors were dirty. In the food side the beds were very comfortable and clean and the bathroom and was area were very clean also”

“Considering they rented me a room with my children and there was shattered glass and a bullet hole through the curtains I have to say the stay was awful. My kids were scared to death to sleep there. I spoke with them and they offered to refund and said they weren’t supposed to rent that room. However still no refund and they denied the request through Expedia. So beware!”

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”

“The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.”

“Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. ”
