Charged me for the towels

We actually had a wonderful time at the unit, until I was charged $65 of the security deposit for "severely stained towels and wash clothes". I am fifty years mother - not a college student. The towels were not stained, and I have yet to be able to contact the owner through the property management company. What started as a lovely experience that I was going to rent again next month is now feeling like a scam.
