“Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et le service et le cadre enchanteur du site hôtelier toutefois nous avons était surpris par quelques détails qui ne reflète en rien du cadre professionnel de ce type d’établissement, baignoire hors service, pas d’eau du tout, télévision, aucune chaîne ne fonctionnant pas, des traces de moisissures au niveau de la douche.”

Very comfortable and convenient. • There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it. • The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
