"Location was terrible, garbage collection and sewer collection across the road not to mention the runway and shakes the structure when they take off. Place had an odor of mold in it. When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. "If you have a family of seven or have a large group, my advice is to go with a home. Even though this location is in between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the 15-minute or so walk from the home to the Fusa train station is doable. You just have to make sure with the train schedule that you are able to catch the last train back from Tokyo to Fusa at night. "We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day. "

"The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby. You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid. My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport."
