「Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. 」

「Bigger than it looks in the photos! Bright and cosy with a well equipped kitchen and we were surprised by the second shower. The pool area is lovely… the water too cold for though! We had a couple of questions and issues and Jenny and Nick were very helpful. 」
