Mixed, but would stay again
First, if you are interested in the property, I would go to another site that looks like there are active bookings as the listing was not connected to the property in the same way. I had to request the address multiple times before it was sent to me. Also, while it looked like I paid on VRBO, apparently that was not true, so I had to go get cash because their card reader was not working. Felt a little sketchy, but turned out to be fine. Also, the address that was sent is a little confusing. Make sure you go to building six around the corner from the Arts Building. On the second night, I was cooking and the stove blew a fuse. I was then moved to a room that was twice as small. I was promised to get moved back to my original room, but that never happened. I asked for a partial refund, but none was offered. The on-site help was great and then online support was responsive, but I really should have been offered something. The unit itself could have used a few more kitchen supplies (dish soap, better knives, etc.)All this goes to say that the location was AWESOME and the price was reasonable, so I might stay there again despite this experience.
