「I had a great stay at the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent!
A special thank you to Ms.Hala and Mr. Yazan for their kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The reception staff were also very friendly and always happy to assist.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and would definitely stay here again.」

「One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose...
