Rooms are clean and the view is nice. Lobby is nice too with a beautiful chandelier. Yet there are somethings that don’t comply with a 4 star standard; Toiletries are not sufficient, Breakfast was a dismay, poor in quality and display, and the biggest DISMAY that I’ve never encountered in any other hotel, is that no drinking water is offered at breakfast besides the juices!! one has to pay 1:30 JD to get a small bottle! Moreover, the argument of the waiter was that people don’t drink water at breakfast!!!! Really??!! This water issue alone is enough not to recommend this hotel to others, because a customer likes to feel pampered, welcomed and above all to feel the generosity of the host.

No pool, away from markets

My stay was good at this hotel. I didnt face any problem but i was surprised that on the Expedia website they wrote that the is a pool where in fact there wasn't and that was the main reason why i chose this hotel where is the same price range i had many alternatives. The hotel isn't located in the best area where i couldn't find much shipping places around me. The staff were nice and in total i had a good stay.

The hotel wasn't nearby restaurants or shopping.

It was not a pleasant stay. The net in my room was very slow and terrible. I couldn't even make a call through or even open emails. The towels and hand towels in the bath room are too old and roughly looking. I was lucky enough by bringing my own towels with me.

Nice hotel with spectacular view to Amman

It was a pleasant experience at this hotel. We had a free upgrade to the room we booked in Expedia without asking for that. This tells how the management is concerned about the customers comfort before looking at money issues. The tasty breakfast delivered to our suite which is a pro. Dinner was delicious here and no need to look for nice restraints. Staff at this hotel is amazing. I want to truly thank all of them to the wonderful service especially those who took care of helping us bringing luggage and other stuff from and our car. I should also say that they are flexible with check out times. Khalil and Joliana are elegant receptioents.

dirty sheets , alarming door noise all night , dusty building and horrible old looking lobby , you are not going to like the breakfast however very good service from the crew They are helpful and amazing I like them all but I will never go back to this hotel again I really waisted my money

quiet location with a beautiful view

beautiful lobby and rooms. the views are relaxing and open. staff very helpful. good deal for the price. but the breakfast needs improvement specially the water. my breakfast was included but I have to purchase water which I could not believe it. juices were free but I can not drink juices because I am diabetic. some maintenance work is needed in rooms and to improve the lobby lighting and to clean the sunroof from mud and dust. but over all its a good budget hotel in Amman.

Can't pay in dinar, beware of rip-off xchange rate

Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable and hotel chosen for business purposes. Poorly maintained e.g. Had a real struggle to finally get the window to close so the works outside weren't stopping me sleeping. Had to leave aircon fan on to help what I think was the security camera beeping (similar to an alarm clock!) outside the door. All that I can cope with, but I won't be returning due to the unwanted and unauthorised 5% surcharge to the credit card exchange rate with no option to pay in local dinar and avoid the hotels own rip off exchange rate.

The empire has fallen on hard times

Location is too far from the sites in Amman. Hotel and rooms are dark, bulbs in lamps are low wattage. Only the bathroom was properly lit. Entering the lobby is like being in a cave, if not for the chandelier it would be totally dark since little or no light enters through the skylights. Window to the room did not close properly. The design of the bathtub area was poorly done and you could not avoid when showering getting water all over the floor. To get to the pool required that you walk through the hotel dining room. Locker and shower rooms haven't been used in years. At pool some marble tile was used in some areas making them slippery when wet. .

descent hotel for the price and location

it was good hotel room for the price and location.........I and my wife had problem with the water temperature.......It was barely warm..... The room service charges were really over-priced...... The stuff were very friendly...... The breakfast food was really cooked well....... But the breakfast buffet had really very less number of items........ Many of the furniture items either in the hotel facilities or in the room had to be replaced with newer items...... Like the carpet at the walkways and in the rooms were very old and very much worn out...... Sky lights at the hotel main lounge were very dirty and had a very thick layer of dust and sand accumulated all over them................They looked that they have never been cleaned or washed. I think the hotel management should pay a lot more attention to the cleaning of their own facilities. TV cable has very few and less number of channels. Not even three stars!

Room need maintenance and the shower-bath was not clean. Very bad internet connection. Food was not good, and I found that they serve dinner from the other meals.
