El servicio del hotel excelente, instalaciones muy buenas pudimos descansar muy bien. Es un hotel ubicado en el mero centro de la ciudad, así que si vas a las ruinas es una buena ubicación. Sin embargo, si vas al centro financiero te recomendaría otra ubicación.

Nice oasis in busy area

Very nice hotel with comfy breakfast restaurant. Most staff was very nice but the night receptionist didn't seem to like non-religiously dressed women much and was quite rude. Otherwise it's a nice calm oasis in a very busy and noisy area.

This is in easy walking reach to local downtown shopping and Hashems street restaurant. On the night we arrrived, Jordan secured a spot in the World Cup so happiness and partying in town was running rife. Parking was abut if a challenge but the desk clearly sorted it for us. Breakfast was basic but good. Facilities a little old but very fair and comfortable for the price

Felicissimi di aver soggiornato in questo hotel in pieno centro ad Amman! Un hotel classico in stile Giordano, elegante e raffinato, con pareti decorate e dettagli lussuosi. Apprezzato il fatto che ti parcheggino loro l'auto all'interno dell'hotel, considerato il traffico di Amman e le auto scassate che abbiamo visto in giro! Almeno così l'auto è al sicuro. Camera arredata a nuovo con gusto, in un mix tra moderno e in stile. Stupenda la sala colazione con le grandi vetrate attorno a tutto l'edificio per una vista 360 sulla città. Se non trovate tutto quello che volete a colazione, basta chiedere: ci han portato subito yogurt bianco e omelette su richiesta, essendo io intollerante al lattosio sono riuscita a fare colazione al top. Accoglienza e servizio da 5 stelle!

I loved staying here. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Best sleep I had all vacation. It is noisy outside because this hotel is in the heart of Amman. But thats what I loved. I could walk to rainbow street, the souk amd all the shops in the area. The noise from the traffic stops around 10pm. Which didnt bother me because Im still awake at that time. The staff was very frielndly and helpful. I will definately be back!

Great hotel in the centre of the old town and so close to everything. Staff, service, prompt replies to queries and the link to a car and driver were great. This has made my stay in Jordan seamless.

The hotel is in Amman downtown and the location is good. Walking distance to shopping and attractions. Hotel staff are super kind and responsive. The hotel facility is a bit old and thin walls. Breakfast seems complimentary butno sure why Ii had to pay extra for the breakfast when making the reservation expedia.

A great value hotel. I do about 150 hotel nights a year and this service was up near the top. Always friendly and available. Location was good for the markets and transit. Clean and functional rooms. Airport driver offered. The only critisizm of this and any low budget hotel is that the other guests do not always follow socially acceptable rules (ie quietness in common areas). The hotel cannot always control this. Take home is that I would here again if I was looking for an inexpensive hotel option in Aman.

Ahmed at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. He allowed me and others to leave our luggage then after checkout and come back to grab our stuff a few hours later. That was very convenient since it allowed me to spend more time exploring the city and not have to head to the airport directly. Hotel room was very clean and had basic needs. Price was fair but given the location (walking distance to all major historical attractions in Amman), it was a very good deal. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of activity, that could be a positive if you want a real feel for the chaotic Amman life or a negative if you are noise sensitive and do not like busy areas. Will certainly stay here again when in Amman again.
