This is a beautiful and well presented hotel. Efficient staff that speak English. Check in was fast and the room was big and clean. Presentation was perfect. Bed and pillows were the best hotel cotton too. I definitely recommend. The prices are really good.

This is an excellent location, close to so many restaurants and cultural venues. Staff was excellent. Breakfast is decent and the property is also good. Great value for the amount paid, and I will definitely be back.

At check in, I was given a room different from my reservation, after going back to the Reception, I was escorted back to another room, it had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, so the employee that escorted me took me back to the lobby because he didn't want to give me a room for 3, we went back to the reception, got another room key fob and went back to the 3rd floor, escorted by the same employee and finally gave me the room. Very bad and tiring check-in experience. Also, the room I had, had back sound isolation.

Its a nice hotel, safe, you can walking to the citadel, roman theatre, big blue mosque, mall, rainbow street, everything maybe a 20-30 minute walk depending on direction. Room cleaned every day. They give me free breakfast. Nice people.

I really enjoyed my 14 days stay Ahmad and Mohammad at the front desk were amazing and very helpful shakira the cleaning lady was great and om ali was fantastic I appreciate all the help they gave I well definitely come back again on my next vacation
