Room was not ready, I had to take my bags to the room. Made us wait 1hr before we got to the room, we had 1 toilet paper in the bathroom and have to ask for another if you ran out. Tv had one channel on it. No breakfast. Towels are dirty and have to ask for more next days. They did not seem to be surprised by our complaints. Ripoff will never ever book there again. Pics are way different from reality. Big no no. Perfect for pets only.

Great hotel for the price

Nice hotel and convenient location to my friends place. Be careful walking around at night. You are warned by staff that the area is known for "extra curricular activities" if you get what i mean. I had this experience when walking at night to the shops as a car pulled beside me and asked if i wanted to visit a "beautiful place with beautiful women".

It's a small city hotel and is right opposite Hilton Amman if you struggle to find the location. There's no eating facilities in the hotel but there are many restaurants, takeaways and small local supermarkets in the neighbourhood so you'll have no problem for food and drink. Cash points are nearby. Abdali Boulevard and Mall are also in a short walking distance. The rooms are clean & quite large with air-con, mini fridge, UK and EU sockets, basic amenities and a free large bottle of water :) On my arrival I had a trouble since my suitcase didn't arrive at Amman airport. It delayed my airport pickup time a lot but the hotel receptionist Mervat made sure that everything was fine and the taxi driver would be waiting for me as long as it took (obviously I paid the extra for that). She was really responsive and helpful throughout. The evening receptionist Jamal was also friendly and very kind, without his help I wouldn't have been able to find a place to do the last-minute emergency shopping to get all necessary items for my missing belongings. It's a perfect little hotel with lovely hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Amman :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prime Hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene, which was especially important during these times of heightened health concerns. The bed was comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the room had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay at the Prime Hotel exceptional was the VIP treatment I received. From the personalized service to the attention to detail, it was evident that the hotel staff truly cared about making my stay special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that all my requests were promptly attended to. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mervat, who was instrumental in making my stay at the Prime Hotel such a memorable one. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

Give the hotel a renovation

The service from Mervat was excellent regarding drivers assistance. The receptionist did not speak/understand English . The hotel is warn down and need a renovation. In the room only the light in the ceiling was working the rest of the lights was broken - the bedcover and the carpet was dirty etc etc. we cancelled our second night. The pictures of the hotel gives a wrong impression of the standard. Family Sevaldsen

Für Sauberkeit bekommt dieses Hotel einfach eine -100 von 1000, Tücher und Bettwäsche waren ausgenutzt und fast schwarzfarbig, die Dusche hat nicht ordentlich funktioniert, sodass eine normale Dusche gut wie gar nicht möglich war, Zimmer wurde trotz mehrfacher Anforderungen gar nicht gereinigt. Die Klima Anlage war viel zu laut !!!, man musste sie ausschalten um schlafen zu können. Also die Bilder die man hier sieht haben wirklich nichts mit der Realität zu tun. einfach FINGER WEG !!!! 3 Sterne für so ein Hotel ist lächerlich. For cleanliness, this hotel simply gets a -100 out of 1000, towels and bed linen were worn and almost black in color, the shower didn't work properly, so that a normal shower was almost impossible, the room wasn't cleaned at all despite repeated requests. The air conditioner was way too loud!!!, you had to turn it off to be able to sleep. So the pictures you see here really have nothing to do with reality. just FINGER AWAY!!!! 3 stars for such a hotel is ridiculous. من أجل النظافة ، يحصل هذا الفندق ببساطة على -100 من أصل 1000 المناشف وأغطية السرير باليه ولونها أسود تقريبًا ، ولم يعمل الدش بشكل صحيح ، لذا كان الاستحمام العادي شبه مستحيل ، ولم يتم تنظيف الغرفة في كل ذلك على الرغم من الطلبات المتكررة. كان صوت مكيف الهواء مرتفعًا جدًا !!! ، كان عليك إيقاف تشغيله حتى تتمكن من النوم. لذا فإن الصور التي تراها هنا لا علاقة لها بالواقع. فقط ابق بعيدا عن هذا الاوتيل!!!! 3 نجوم لهذا الفندق شيئ مثير للسخرية.
