The hotel has a perfect location in downtown Amman. Close to historic sites. Don't get discouraged with the look of it from the street. Although it is surrounded with not-so good-looking shops, inside it is very calm and nice, but if you want to see and feel culture you are in the place.
Rooms are spacious, decent, and decently clean. Rooms are not the same. One at the back, on the first floor did not have any view, but still it was ok. The one on the front, at the top had nice view, but was little bit loud. So take your pick.
Staff is more than nice, and very helpful.
Breakfast was nothing special, but it was plenty to eat. All in all, a good budget hotel that I would recommend to anyone.
