The female receptionist was very rude to me. She was a very unfriendly and discriminating woman I have ever met in Europe! I spent two nights fees and just asked her for 2 towels, the tiny items which the hostel should offer the guests. But she not only refused me ruthlessly but also treated me like a THIEF! And took away the towel! ”
