“Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.”

“The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff were most helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was splendid. My only dissatisfaction was that water temperature for shower was lukewarm. It was barely warm and you got out of shower, you were still a little chilled”

“Location was perfect, opposite golden temple, reception staff were friendly and helpful The super delux room had good tea facilities The rooms need upgrading, there was no window view. The bathroom had large cobwebs hanging down from ceiling, TV didn’t work. ”
