「I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available.
Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous.
Travel desk for all local information was available.」

Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences.
The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent.
The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning,

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.」

Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.」
