“I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.”

“Experience was good with the staff, room, food, room service, etc. the location is little disadvantaged as it will be atleast 5-6 kms that you have to travel to any city attraction.”

The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent. “It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks ”

We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.”
