“Staff were excellent and arranged a taxi for us a few days prior to our stay and maintained good communication to arrange a safe trip to the hotel. No haggling and very professional. Highly recommend this hotel, nice 5 min walk to the golden temple. Hotel is within the heritage walk area so expect a short walk from the taxi to the hotel but staff will attend to your bags. Definitely stay here again ”

“The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.”

I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. “It was a great stay, good air conditioning and food options (including options if you do not feel like having indian food). The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well.
