“Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room……

“It was a disappointment for a Marriott hotel. Far from the main attractions and the room I was in was very worn and not well kept although clean, despite it being a superior king room. Whilst we were offered an alternative room, we declined as that was no better. Breakfast was a let down but evening meals a la carte were good. Swimming pool was not appealing - it appeared it was polluted with the city air and to such a degree you couldn't see the rungs of the steps clearly. I felt there was not……

“Our room was very clean with good amenities. The food was also delicious. Loved the overall service of staff We also got a spa which was very relaxing Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before”

“Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no……

“Good stay. Just one night, but the service and the hospitality was amazing. Friendly staff. Food quality was excellent! The only drawback was the chanting outside on a loud sound system which was going on from 5am onwards. Hard to sleep in. ”
