「Good but location not good due traffic congestion and tight parking 」

「If you're staying in Pathankot or the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay period. I was very impressed by every staff member I came across. They went out of their way to help me and showed service with a smile.」

「Excellent staff! Great spacious room. Clean and functional washroom. Some technical difficulties; there was power outage few times due to cold weather. During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai. 」

「Very dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed. Only good thing about the property is the STAFF who were very hospitable and polite.」

「The property is really good . Newly built . Staff is good Brkfast is good. Good view Go for balcony room . The only problem is far from market . Once you are back at property you cannot step out . Rest is good . Isolated property good view . Also they do not have room phone You need to call the person on mobile . 」

「Stay was amazing and rooms were very comfortable with valley view. There was limitation of sunlight around the property as it in opposite direction. Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. If I know before hand I would haven't opted for the breakfast rather do ala-carte at property itself. 」

「It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips.」

「The hotel is not on the main road. It has a very steep and narrow downhill approach road and is hard to find. You have to manually turn the geyser switch on 25 mins prior for one hot bucket of water for bath and then wait another 25 mins for the next bucket. Linens, bed sheets, etc. are dirty. Even when they didn't have any other guests staying over, they had apparently run out of blankets on a cold night. A bunch of guys in their late teens manage the hotel. It's very subpar, not recommended...
