“This is the only upscale hotel I could find in Pathankot. It's new, clean and quaint. I love the pool design and layout. The staff is extremely helpful but there were some hiccups to overcome. For example, water leaking from light fixture requiring me to downgrade to a smaller available room, served uncooked chicken, housekeeper entered my room without permission or knocking or ringing the doorbell, late responses from the reception team.
I truly believe this place can be one of the "greats"……

““I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
