From the B&B it is a 14 minute walk to the hip'n happening NDSM-area for food and drinks. Take the free NDSM-ferry F4 to/from the city centre.
The private studio with bathroom and pantry is approx. 37m2 and is on ground floor of our eco house. The house is situated in a sustainable development area. With solar cells on the roof, floor heating and hot water from a geothermal heat pump.
The apartment has a high ceiling (4m20) and a large window with seating in the front. The sleeping area has normal ceiling height (2m60). The room has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is an ECO fresh-air system in the apartment. The hallway has a marble mosaic floor. - Max of 2 guests in the studio.

There's a park and canal in front of the house where it's nice to swim in summertime. You can sit outside in the front with two foldable chairs.

- We live in a residential area. We care about the peace and quiet of our neighbours therefore it must be quiet between 11 pm-10 am
- You can smoke in the park in front of the house.
