The room was very clean, amenities were good. The breakfast buffet had a minor issue in that some items were not replenished consistently. On several occasions, certain foods were missing and needed to be requested from the staff.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The room itself, the lobby was very nice and the breakfast was very good. All of the people working there were courteous and helpful. My flight back home was cancelled and even though they were booked, they got me a room at their sister hotel which is next door.

I liked it

A good hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. I have had better views from my rooms at other hotels though, it was comically bad. I liked that it was close to Vondelpark and taking a morning walk there is recommended.

Lovely & friendly staff. Room was very clean and provided the essentials. I wished the TV had non-Dutch channels though. The area is convenient somewhat, slightly further out of the city centre, but nothing a tram ride can’t sort out (30mins away from Amsterdam Centraal station) The area has a variety of food options, but a lot aren’t open in the morning.
