Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La possibilità di prendere snack e frutta gratuitamente oltre a the e caffè nella hall non è da tutti ed è stata molto apprezzata. Camera nella norma con letto comodo, forse c'è da rivedere come oscurare meglio le finestre perché non sempre le tende erano sufficienti. Great place to stay in a great part of Amsterdam. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to everything. It’s right on a beautiful canal. The room was a pretty good size with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We loved it.

Very nice property situated in a gorgeous area, walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants. We had no problem getting all over the city from the location. It took a moment to get used to the very steep stairs but that adds to the charm of the property. We also enjoyed the little cat that lives there! The staff was helpful and polite. We also appreciated the complementary snacks for guests. The room overall was nice and clean. We were provided with clean towels every day. Would recommend or stay here again!

We had a terrible experience. An employee entered our room and stole our cash and cards while we were away within 24 hours of checking in. We left the do not disturb sign, but that didn't stop their employee with keycard access to go into our room and go through our things. There is video evidence and we have a case open with the Amsterdam police to get to the bottom of this. We had to stop our holiday to go deal with management, the police and having to go to the police station to file a report. The bed was also broken and sunken in on one side. The only 'boutique' thing about this place is the premium price. Do yourself a favor and find a safer spot.

We loved our stay here. It was such a great location. Our room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They provide coffee, tea, and filtered water for free in the lobby. If you stay, don’t miss Wolf Bakery only 1/2 a block away.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely EXCELLENT. When we asked for something they did it instantly not 10 minutes later. The only drawback to this hotel is NO elevator. If you are young and healthy or if you can lock in a lower floor room like we did this hotel is a GREAT choice.

Mysig långhelg i Amsterdam

Ett mysigt hotell med fantastiskt läge. Lite lugnare del av staden. Kanalen rakt utanför dörren. Härligt att bara kunna promenera och strosa runt. Mysiga ställen att äta och dricka överallt. Gästvänlig och serviceminded personal i stan. Hade rum på bottenplan vilket tyvärr medförde en utsikt som innebar en playwoodskiva framför fönstret och att alla samtal som fördes i receptionen hördes in på rummet.
