Clean room, very friendly staff & relaxed atmosphere. The only downside is the location, as the the main activities are on the other side of the water so you rely on the free ferry, which is a 10 minute walk away, not great on colder days!

Things happen it seems when traveling, around holidays, etc, and I unfortunately hurt my foot thus needing to extend my stay in this city. I have worked the front desk of an elite resort, and I can’t say enough about the experience of my outstanding check in with Lara to start, who tended to me out of true hospitality, generosity, and love, after an already grueling day no doubt, AMAZING, to then be seated and greeted by Sumit at the lounge, this place is 10/10. Love it, thanks guys!

The hotel is located a bit far from town but a quick walk and ferry and you are downtown. We also used the Metro and it was a bit quicker. The staff were excellent and the breakfast is very good with lots of choice.
