The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The bed, however, was very lumpy for me. And I found the pillows a little bit high. But they did offer me a second pillow and I’m managed.

We had a great stay! It is 5 minutes from the train station and is also very centrally located to many museums, trams and everything else! We did get upgraded from a basement room which was very appreciated. It is important to know there is only an elevator for the basement and first two floors when booking. We would gladly stay here again!

Great location. Far enough from the main areas that you feel secluded - but only about a 20 minute walk from anything you want to see. Coffee shops and bars located nearby.

My room (104) was really quiet and I slept undisturbed for the first time in days (due to my last two hotels being very noisy). The location is great for exploring Amsterdam on foot. And walkable from Centraal Station.
