讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Excellent hotel central to most activities/sights/shops in Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 10-20 minutes. There's a team stop beside the hotel but beware: there isn't an easy spot to park if taking uber or taxi. They will drop off/pick up about a block away.
The room we stayed in (circle city room) had a comfortable amount of space for two people. Don't choose this room if you need quiet - the music from the nearby restaurants/bars can be heard but we weren't bothered by it as we were exhausted and the bed & duvet were fantastic. The bathroom is big and very clean. Towels are plush. The only miss was that there wasn't a place to hang our towels: no hooks nor bars.
Staff at the hotel and Heineken Hoek Grand Cafe are friendly and really made our two night stay very pleasant. You get tokens for free drinks at the restaurant. Mini bar is free and stocked daily.
They stored our luggage before check in and after check out which was very helpful.
Would stay here again.
