Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

This is such a nice hotel for the price! The beds were so comfortable and that bedding was great! It’s close enough to walk to Disney. They said they have a shuttle, but it’s really public transportation. So just be aware. I’m a coffee person and I enjoyed having a Keurig type machine in the room. The sitting area was great so my son and I could be actually in the same room but also we could have a break from each other. He’s 18. He loved the pool even though the weather wasn’t great. overall great stay!

The room was smaller than expected, not the cleanest. Gave old and musty. The best part was outside by the pool and the water slides. Loved it for the kids. And the movie by pool. Complimentary breakfast Buffett was also good!

We didn't have many breakfast choices, which is fine, but we expected the food to be good even with those few options. The breakfast potatoes were almost raw. Overall, breakfast was just okay. The water in the rooms' bathrooms was too hot and we couldn't wash our hands even, so we had to go to the kitchen to wash our hands... My kids had a few accidents in the bathtub because it was so slippery.

Rooms were great, so much fun for family. The pools and water slides were amazing, there’s an outdoor pool movie every night. Great bar with great food in pool area as well. Staff is very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at this particular hotel. The 1st time was four years ago. That time I would give it a 5 start rating. The breakfast is AMAZING! Where else can you get a free breakfast included in your stay while visiting Disneyland, not too many that we have been able to find. The only reason that we gave it a 4 star rating this time around is that the hotel no longer offered the shuttle service to the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney that it offered during our last stay. It was totally unexpected and we did not find this out until arrival. After talking with hotel staff we discovered that the shuttle service was discontinued the week before. I am not sure if it was due to being bought out by someone else or something else entirely. However, when you are expecting a shuttle service and it is no longer offered it makes that mile walk to and from the park a lot more difficult!

You have to pay for parking, room carpets and bathrooms are stained. Furniture is chipped or stained. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear the family at the other end of the hall yelling. It’s a family friendly hotel. You can expect kids running down the hall from 8-11pm. The shower hose kept falling off at random times. The pool area was cool. It just felt crowded and the towels were pretty old.

Breakfast is eatable at best, just stick with the fresh waffles. The beds were super uncomfortable. You need to Uber/Lyft to Disney or walk as this is one of the only "Partner hotel" that doesn't have a shuttle. Pool side drinks are extremely expensive unless you are there for happy hour.
