Worst hotel I have stayed in .. it should be motel not a hotel . I really don't understand how they have a 4 star ? .. I book 4 nights stay and here is the list if things that went wrong. 1. check in for about 45 minutes. 2. I was woken up at 11:45 by someone running around and screaming. 3. Called the front desk 4 time and was up until 4 am because they couldn't do anything about the gusts that was making the noise. 4. The manager John said don't worry we will change your room tomorrow. 5. Next day they told me sorry we don't have any other rooms avaliable. 6.

This establishment, despite its four-star rating, exhibits characteristics more aligned with a motel. Several factors contribute to this assessment: 1. The check-in process at 7:30 PM extended for approximately 45 minutes. 2. At approximately 11:00 PM, my family and I were disturbed by significant noise from the room above, leading to multiple calls to the front desk and a disruption that lasted until 4:00 AM. 3. The night manager, John, assured us that a room change would be facilitated the following day. However, upon follow-up, we were informed that no rooms were available. 4. It appears that the four-star hotel has, for some reason, depleted its supply of water bottles. 5. No room service and no customer service, if I could give them -5 stars I would. Please go somewhere else with your family.

Staff was courteous and friendly. However, the the overall condition of the hotel was run down. The carpets were clean, but appeared very old. The bathroom door was stuck and could not be opened and the front door also got stuck. Staff was very helpful and quickly took care of those problems. Breakfast was great.

My overall experience was good. The room was clean, guest services were attentive in case I needed anything during my stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The cook who prepared the omelets was also excellent and very attentive.

The only thing we felt the elevators we were a little sketchy. Loud noises sometimes as they were going up and uneven and sometimes still moving when door opened. Other than that, everything was great!

Room, staffing, room wasn’t serviced but one time. We left days before the stay was up tried to contact the property we have taken pictures of the room and how bad they neglected no fitted sheet had to wait on toilet paper smoke detectors with dead barriers the central air states on the wall you can control but you actually can’t it’s centralized to the entire building. Raw eggs in the morning. Made my kids sick. Absolutely terrible

Staff was friendly all around. The room was pretty run down. The couch was very worn and sunk it that it was impossible to sit comfortably. The room had a musky smell and the ac barely blew any air. The wardrobe had a horrendous smell and was unable to hang my suit in there so had to lay it on the counter. The bathroom was very dark and there was mold on the ceiling. The bathtub did not drain properly at all. It filled all the way to my ankles trying to take a quick shower which was gross. The bar was cool but they closed an hour before the posted time which was too bad since we chose this place so we didnt have to leave the hotel and still have a few drinks but ended up having to leave anyway. The "restaurant" is also very misleading as its not an actual restaurant but just part of the bar and not labeled at all so we ended up roaming around before we realized there was no restaurant. Breakfast was average at most but extremely overhyped. It was an experience for sure but wouldn't stay here again.
