Disney family vacation

Overall great stay, the building outside is a little run down but inside was nicely decorated, very clean and super comfy beds.

A great stay

We had a great stay! I was super impressed with the communication with the staff at funtierland and they made sure we had all the information we needed in the appropriate time we needed it. Our condo was clean and very quiet which is always appreciated!

Amazing first stay!

So close to Disney and easy to navigate! Whole process was quick and simple for check in and out. Staff we did meet at the pool were so nice and lovely to our kids!

Great stay for Disneyland

I’d stay here again! Short (10-15 minute?) walk to Downtown Disney, really clean, great communication (host is readily available via text message) and amenities. Also, kid and baby friendly! It was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Right beside Disney!

Our stay was good, the house lacks a few essentials in the kitchen but the walk to the gates at Disney was less than 10 minutes. We spent most of our days at the park and mainly went back to the house to sleep. Overall the location to the park was what drove us to book the place.

Great spot walking distance to Disney

Awesome spot to stay. Very clean, comfortable and walkable to Disney. The pool was great to cool off in for a mid day break from the park before going back at night.

Great place!

It was a little crowded with 5 adults and 3 kids, but nice, clean place. Very close to Disney, but don’t under estimate the walk! Great neighborhood.

Overall impression of this property was great. It is within walking distance of downtown disney and disneyland resort. The condo was very clean, the beds were super comfy and it was quiet. Quiet is super important to our family as we always seem to fond the hotel with the kids running down the hallway, people coming and going at all hours and elephants staying in the room above.

Graduation/Disneyland Trip

In town for graduation at UC Irvine and also made a Disney trip out of it. We had a great time and the location was perfect! It was a 20-25 minute walk to the park entrance and we enjoyed it every morning!

We had a great time!

The location and setup was perfect for our family! Thank you so much. This was a trip of a lifetime and we had the best experience. We had to call maintenance a couple time for a few questions and they were so helpful and responsive.

Pretty good place

The property served our needs and management was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for the parks. Unfortunately, the master bed was terrible. Please replace the worn mattress for future guests!

The unit was great as pictured. We were impressed. The few times I needed to contact customer service they were helpful and were able to quickly sort out what we needed help with. We would definitely stay here again.

in need of repairs but awesome location

The unit was very clean but quite run down. Minor first world problems like door stoppers and towel racks falling off. Very comfortable beds and functional kitchen. Laundry machines make a lot of loud squealing noises and the furnace sounds like a jet engine. Not deal breakers.location location location - 10 minute walk to the entrance of downtown Disney. That and multiple rooms for a family of adults is a good reason to stay here.

Short walk to downtown Disney

Great location for a Disneyland stay. The route to Downtown Disney is very walkable. The neighborhood (complex) was quiet, never felt unsafe, even walking back at late hours. The complex itself needs some TLC on the exterior, looked a little rough when we first arrived. The interior was as listed, could probably use some TLC as well. Any issues we had were addressed promptly responded to.

Great location

Great location. The outside of the property could use some help. The inside was nice. If very hot you'll have the turn on the air condition at all times and close the vents downstairs to ensure comfortable temperature upstairs. The air circulations was not evenly disperse throughout the house. Quiet and suitable.

Great experience!

We had a great time staying here! Communication with the property management was excellent they always responded within minutes to any problem. The double stroller was broken upon our arrival and they reimbursed us for having to rent one. Also we accidentally left a bag after we left and they mailed it back to us at a reasonable cost which was a lifesaver and saved so many tears with losing souvenirs with our kids. We loved the space it was so great having a crib and baby area so close to us in the master closet and to have so much sleeping space In the bunk bed room so all of our kids could sleep together. We also loved the location. While it was a 15-20 min walk with kids we loved that a lot of the walk was through downtown Disney and it was never busy with a lot of walkers. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent home away from home

The property was exactly as listed, perhaps more wear and tear than in the photos, but that's to be expected. Everything that was stated to be included was included, organized, and easy to find. There were a few extras such as a spice rack and toiletries that we were grateful for. All directions and instructions were clear and easy to understand and follow. The property manager checked in with us via text messaging to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. We had noticed the a couple things were missing (a large cooking pot and a plug for the bathroom) and they were soon delivered. The unit is very close to Disneyland- we could come "home" to eat, rest, swim and then head back easily. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would recommend this to anyone looking for more space and privacy than a hotel room. (This condo may have ruined hotel stays for us!)

Underwhelming Property

This unit left much to be desired. The good parts: The location is supreme for walking to the parks, which is what attracted us to book this particular unit. The unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The area is relatively quiet. The management company is very great to work with. The undesirable parts: The space is not set up well for a large group. I had assumed there were two full baths, but upon arrival realized there was only one full bath and one half bath. For seven guests, that proved to be a challenge. The seating situation in the living room sits 5 people comfortably, but you have to turn the chairs completely around to see the tv. Not a huge deal, but a nuisance. The kitchen was not stocked with simple supplies like oil, salt, zip lock bags, or foil. These items would have been nice to have. Tap water is your only option- there is no filtered water from the fridge or filtered water pitcher. The third bed on the floor of the bunk room feels more like you’re laying on coils. Our kids opted to share a bed instead of sleeping on that. The laundry machines are both extremely loud, so running them while inside the unit was annoying if you were trying to relax and hang out. Overall, we would book with Funtierland again but not this particular unit. For groups that are smaller, it might be an OK fit.
