Upgraded Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Half Bath is located off the kitchen/dining room area and has a full-size washer and dryer.
The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and all bedrooms have 47" LCD TVs. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The garage has a game room with full-size billiards and a ping-pong table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The rear yard has a beautiful pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
It is a 20-minute walk to the Disney tram by the Pixar Pals Parking Structure. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
