We stayed here for a week & it was the most comfortable and convenient stay we have had in a vacation. Highly recommend! Location Location Location. Close to disney, a supermarket cross the street. Room is spacious, with decent full kitchen. Though hotel is old style but it is clean, safe, and comfortable. Spacious balcony got extra point. Recommend to family with longer stay. Just better than nothing breakfast is the reason why not 5 stars.

Great hotel; closed to different theme parks for my kids; we always stay here while now there's a parking fee of $15 per night but price still reasonable with free grab and go breakfast, and in room wi-fi internet. All staff were friendly with 24/7 security walking the property which is safe for everyone to enjoyed hotel pepper tree.

This hotel is beautifu, comfortable, clean and affordable. The only downside was the tv program known as moviebeam, this program made tv watching a hassle as it kept “refreshing to clear up memory”. I do recommend to stay here just hopefully they fix the tv issue next time

My husband and I come here yearly when we're visiting family or wanting to get away to the beach. The Mediterranean vibe (decor) is beautiful, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. We will continue to visit yearly. Thanks to Pepper Tree and their staff for making us feel welcomed. Love this place.

Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Bed was comfortable, but comforters are incredibly thin and we had to ask for extra blankets. The walls are very thin, so you can hear anyone going through the halls. Nice location, as there was a great pizza place a few blocks over that we walked to. Overall, I would stay again.

first time staying here stayed with my baby and my husband helped out that they had a fridge and a kitchen to help out. I think it was about 10 minutes away from Disney. Overall, it was quiet. I felt safe with my family the bed was comfortable lots of pillows

Room was amazing, my only complaint is that the bed sheets still had some left over hairs either from pets or humans or both. Everything else was clean and I really enjoyed my stay here. Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing Stay

Booked for 3 days ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. we stay for our trip to California adventure and theses rooms were above and beyond my expectations the room was so clean and neat the space was amazing. Loved the kitchen and mini living room very comfortable and the balcony was just great. They have a beautiful pool very well kept. Very quiet area and the staff was amazing very helpful
