Booked this hotel for its proximity to an event happening at the convention center and it met all of my expectations. Parking was easy, though a little expensive per night and check in was a breeze. Room was also very clean and tidy, and we did have room service come remake one of the beds for another guest coming later in our stay. We took advantage of breakfast on the weekend when it stayed open later, we didn’t wake up in time on the weekdays we were there to utilize it, but the food was very good and fresh and had lots of options! From cereals or bagels to cooked food like scrambled eggs, french toast and breakfast nachos, it was all delicious. Overall a great experience for our stay. Would book again.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the parking was spacious and convenient. The only issue was noise, the walls are thin and you can hear footsteps from above. At first, this made it hard to sleep and honestly would have been a two star experience. However, the front desk provided earplugs, and that completely changed things. I was able to sleep well, and it made a huge difference in my stay. Overall, a five-star experience thanks to the helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.

We have stayed at this Hyatt for our Disneyland trips about 4 times now in the past couple years. It is by far our favorite out of all the places we have tried!! The staff is always kind and helpful. Breakfast is always good. French toast, eggs, seasoned potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt w/frozen berries, cereals, fresh fruit and toast/bagels. Juices/variety of milks. They also have Disney Jr. playing in the breakfast area.The coffee is actually good coffee; we always take a to go cup on our walk to the park. The walk is a bit of a walk, I think 3/4 of a mile. We timed it on our watch and from the hotel doors to security at Disney was .90 miles. With stop lights 20-25 minute walk solid. It depends on how many crosswalks you get stuck at. We have done it with our 2 toddlers in a double stroller and now with our newborn + toddlers. It’s not a bad walk but not the closet. In the morning it’s a breeze but at the end of a long Disney day it feels daunting. The hotel is directly across from the Toy Story parking lot. We still prefer to walk because you having to walk through the parking lot to get to the shuttles, break down the stroller, hold all the bags etc. It doesn’t really save time just your feet a little. The rooms are always very clean and spacious. 2 queens with a pull out bed. We fit comfortably with grandma, mom, dad, 2 toddlers and a baby. The cleaning staff is always so sweet, they arranged all my kids Disney plushies on their pillows. We love staying here :)

Modern hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, and an impressive breakfast. You can see the food made fresh in the kitchen behind the counter. The breakfast staff are super friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The food was fresh and well stopped. The room was clean and comfortable. I don’t believe guests should pay for parking, but we managed to get a good space. The amenities were lacking compared to other hotels, especially in the bathroom.The location was very convenient because we were going to Wondercon and it was very close. It was also convenient to have the Disney shuttle close by, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Parking was okay very tight but I had planned to bring food as 3 kids in Disney can be expensive. Upon arrival they moved us without any notice, then come find out the fridge is broken and the guy hadn’t fixed it.
