Room was super clean and put together. Staff helped me out tremendously when Expedia had a small hiccup with their virtual card service and they were honestly the best. They worked on the issue while I went to enjoy Oogie Boogie Bash and by the time I called it was all fixed and my room was ready. Amazing staff.

The property is under renovation but the spaces are clean. Only confusion was the hotel name changed from La Quinta to Holiday Inn Express which caused confusion when ordering an Uber.

Hotel changed their name, mo linger la quinta. Had a hard time finding it. No one at front at checkin. When someone finally arrived they were rude. Changing the lobby and front sign. Work trucks and cranes everywhere. Things covered in plastic. Elevator hard to find. Rooms were nice and breakfast delicious, but beds were tiny. "Fits 8 adults" is a stretch. We were cramped woth 3 adults and 4 kids.

Honestly the staff were great! Visited from Tucson over the weekend but some flaws from this place. Today on 10/26/26 while eating breakfast, I did find a hair while eating breakfast. Had two tvs in the room I got and one of the tvs did not work to connect to either Netflix or any other thing but tv cable. Parking was weird. I did had a HUGE trouble checking in. The name in the system was not correct but when the associate pulled the paper work from when I reserved the rooms my name was correct of the documents but not the system for some reason. The good thing was that it was walking distance from the Disney Shuttles. It was werid I had to pay for a parking fee too.

This location was perfect. It was near Toy Story parking lot to walk and take a shuttle, or you can walk to the parks. Breakfast was basic but well stocked and great for what we needed. We had a family suite which had diving wall with a double bed and a trundle. This was the best part so the kids had space and we could close the door when they went to bed. Pillows and mattresses were fine- could be worse but could be better. The biggest downfall was the bathroom. This definitely could have used an update. They are dark, not well ventilated. There was laundry right outside of our room on the second floor which was helpful in our stay. Kids loved the pool. The main pool was not too cold. We stayed in September so it was never busy and usually just us. We would come back for a mid day feet break and would sit in the pool for a bit. We parked so paid the extra $20usd a day. Parking was convenient and never an issue for a spot. I would stay here again for the price- about $1400CND with parking for 6 nights.

This hotel is currently transitioning to a Holiday Inn, or it may have already officially become one. It was pretty difficult to find at night because there were no visible hotel signs outside. We also had a small issue during check-in. I had a confirmation for two rooms, but the receptionist could only find one reservation in the system. Thankfully, they still had rooms available, and he honored the price shown on my original confirmation, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay. There were only a couple of issues with the room. When we arrived, the AC was completely off, so the room was pretty warm and took almost the entire night to cool down. The shower water also kept going back and forth between hot and cold. On the positive side, breakfast was actually really good, and the location was very convenient. The hotel is only about a block away from the Toy Story Disney parking lot, so we were able to walk over and didn’t have to drive. Despite the few issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again, especially because of the convenient location and overall value.
