Location! Location! Location! The best location you can get in Anaheim with newly finished construction in Dec 2016. The house is within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and about 1 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. A cab ride to Disneyland costs about $10-$15. It has easy access to major freeways and truly the best location you can find. Various grocery stores and restaurants are also within 1 mile. The house has an indoor/outdoor resort-style living concept with modern furnishings. The kitchen brings your family together with a large island, quartz counter-top throughout, pro-style 6-burner range with 36’' oven, and a beautiful refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and tools for you to prepare delicious meals for your family.

The house is 4000 square feet. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering.
The house is 5 bedrooms plus large den and loft, sleep 13 comfortably. The loft upstairs has a sofa bed within the sectional. We also have a futon and sleeper sofa. Your party will completely enjoy and relax in our spacious house with heated pool. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard, backyard, balcony, garage, bedrooms, etc. Imagine enjoying the pool and spa while taking in the fireworks?

All bedrooms and bathrooms showcase a modern and contemporary style. High-end linens and salon shampoos are provided for your enjoyment and experience.

There are four parking spaces on the property. An EV outlet in the garage for electronic vehicles like Tesla and Mustang.

Our fees are simple: rent + tax + cleaning
No pool heating fee
Pool, spa and outdoor activities 9am-10pm. We will not turn on pool heater if the outside temperature is 65 degrees or lower. However, spa heater is allowed.

Very nice house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the option of being able to walk to Disneyland and also viewing the fireworks each night from the property. Plenty of towels, kids life jackets, pool toys, seating for our three generation group of 11. Host very responsive to questions and quickly turned spa heat on when asked. Our family truly enjoyed our time together in this house.

Fantastic

Great house and pool, close to Disney. This was a family gathering with 12 of us. We all had a great time. The home was perfect for breakfast onsite and afternoons in the pool were spectacular. Had several occasions to reach out to the owner who was amazing. Only downside is that in several bedrooms the road noise from Ball St. was a bit much.Would definitely return!

Disney Vacation

Very nice stay. Our family had a great Disney experience, and your home was one of the reasons we did. There were 6 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was amazing and the walk to Disney was close.

Great size and location for large family!

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family of 12! It was great to have the crib and bassinet and not have to travel with them, tons of room for everyone, the pool and hot tub were wonderful and the proximity to Disneyland was priceless!

Fantastic Villa

Excellent villa, clean, spacious and brilliant pool. Location to Disney is fantastic and the host Diana on hand to any issue we had. Would highly recommend for families of all ages. You also get the Disney fireworks everynight on your doorstep for free

Outstanding family vacation

We had our children and spouses and our grandchildren. The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool was great for the little ones with a slide and beach entry. There was ample space and plenty of bedding and towels. The house is within walking distance of Downtown Disney which provides plenty of restaurants to chose from and is a quick Uber ride to the theme park entrances.

First trip to Disneyland!

We had a wonderful time with family and my four grandkids. They loved the pool and a hot tub! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. As stated “location, location, location“ we were able to walk to Disneyland in 20 minutes or take an Uber if you were tired. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic luxurious home for a family gathering minutes from Disneyland

Everything about this experience was extraordinary! From the check in process, to simple communications with the host, the property was even better than in the photos! Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, had a wonderful time. It was a quick 15-minute walk to the tram leading right to the Disneyland entrance. This made it easy to take breaks from the Disney crowds and lounge at the pool. Even the teenagers loved the experience!

Great Disneyland accommodations

This property exceeded all of our expectations. We had a wonderful time with our family. They loved the pool, hot tub and slide. As stated in description, “Location, Location, Location.” It is easy to get to Disneyland, fireworks nightly from pool area or balcony and grocery store within a mile from house. Diana, the owner, was so easy to work with. If we had questions she would respond to them quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

50th Anniversary

The house was wonderful. There is a bit of road noise from the busy street out front, but it was never an issue. Kids enjoyed the beautiful pool with slide and hot tub. We walked to Disneyland in less than 15 minutes and it was easy to get on freeways to go other places. The owner was great. She responded to every question or request we made, immediately. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

A magical week

Our week at your beautiful home was everything we hoped for. The close proximity to Disneyland made it easy for all of us to walk if we wanted. The house had more than enough room for everyone to sleep, play, and find a quiet space as well. The pool area was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The owner was so prompt in turning on the hot tub and pool spillway; it is the best way to save energy. Everyone was sad to leave, but the memories we made will be with us for a lifetime. Magical Place!

This home was perfect for our two week vacation that included 6 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 12. The pool was amazing. It was a big hit with the kids. There are plenty of pool tours and life jackets. Everyone, including the adults loved going down the slide. Seems like a fairy tale sitting by the pool as the accent lighting began to come on at dusk illuminating the beautiful landscaping. Being able to watch Disney's nightly fireworks from the pool and balcony was the cherry on top. Great property with a great location

The house and pool are great for a family with young kids. The kitchen is very well suited for a family and the equipment is good. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which is great so you don't have to go to the market constantly. There is a Ralph's close by. The pool is heated and has a slide and waterfall so the kids will love it. The house is a little over a mile from Disneyland and the drive is very easy. You could theoretically walk, but it is really not feasible. You will need a car. The owner is very responsive to texts. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. There was a power outage in the area, and the neighbor came over and showed us how to get into the home.

Wonderful stay! 3 generations enjoyed lots of family time at this amazing home. 6 adults and 7 young children found much to do. The beautiful pool and slide were definitely the highlight for our 5year old grandkids who recently learned to swim (and the rest of us as well.) The spa was also a hit. We walked to Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure on 3 different days which was fantastic. Strollers definitely helped! Such a great week of fun and reconnecting with our visiting family. Diana is a fantastic host who responded to any request we had immediately. Highly recommend this house!
