The housekeeping staff was nice. The ",contintal " breakfast was minimal at best. The hotel needs upgrades. Plumbing needed work and no towels for pool or hot tub. The constsnt screaming coming fron the vacant building next door will keep you up all night.

What a great place to stay. Very comfortable bed especially after a long day at Disney. I would’ve given it a five star, but the options at the breakfast bar were very slim. But overall, very nice place to stay. End of calf is very friendly. I would recommend staying there again.

I went for an entire week and would have given 5 stars. The only thing that I found wrong was the bathtub is very very slippery so we had to put a towel in it which was really not a big deal and some of the clean towels were very hard like the type of towel you hang to dry. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The room felt neglected. There were makeup stained towels and shower curtain as well. The room was mildly clean. The bed was comfortable. The walls are super thin. We could hear the obnoxious neighbors next door to us.

Stayed for a second time this year at the signature main gate for my second Disneyland trip. Very satisfied with the stay! Was so happy the first time that we were returned to the same hotel. Very easy, check-in checkout experience, the room has everything you need for just a place to sleep and get ready for all your adventures outside at Disneyland. If we go again, definitely, we’ll be staying here once again. They went every day for the room service to clean up the room. Make sure our towels were always re upped, and everything was in close proximity to the hotel.

Room was clean. Parking is easy. Staff was nice and helpful. Purpose was that it was close to Disneyland. That was a perk. Had a weird smell from the AC. Walls are thin. Could hear full conversations of neighbors. Breakfast could have more options. Elevator would've been helpful. Good for a low budget, mostly sleep stay.

Checking in I was not impressed with the guy checking us in as the whole time he was more interested in his phone. The bed was comfortable and the room but everything you needed but, the floors felt nasty, there was hair all over the bathroom floors and sink area. Had to wipe the counter down before i put anything out because it felt dirty.
