Guest Access

The access of the space includes a parking, and the space of the apartment! You will also have access to the beach!
Getting Around

It’s walking distance to great restaurants like Pal’ 22, Kaplash, La Fiebre and Pal’ 24! Driving distance to Rincón less than 2 minutes, and 13 minutes to supermarkets! It’s best if you have a means of transportation, even though there are restaurants at walking distance, you should be able to enjoy the rest of the town!

If you are looking for a spacious place to find some peace and enjoy nature, you are in the correct place!

Things to note, this is not a hotel, it’s a house which my family have lived for almost 20 years. Don’t expect central a/c or hot water in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink (only hot water is the bathroom shower). Insects and bugs are part of the island ecosystem, and more when it’s beachfront. Also because the infrastructure of the island is not great, electricity and water may be gone during bad weather or other circumstances. No refund will be given.
