There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train....
