The cleaning wasn't good; they hadn't cleaned the bed trolleys or the toilet, even though I pressed the cleaning button.
The room cards kept malfunctioning and wouldn't work.

Otel yeni oldugu icin sectik ancak odada hala insaat temizligi bitmis degildi. Ayrica tum otelin isitmasinda bir sorun var, tum otel cok sicakti. Odanin isisini dusurseniz bile koridorlar ve genel kullan alanlari cok sicak ve nefes almayi guc hale getiriyor. Butun bunlar neyse de asil bizi rahatsiz eden odanin icinde bir suru kucuk sinek vardi ve banyolarda kotu bir koku vardi. Biz sadece bizim odamiza ozel sanmistik ancak ailenin diger uyelrinin kaldigi odada ayni problem oldugunu ogrendik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz.

İlk olarak kahvaltısı beş yıldızlı bir otel için cok zayif. O da içersinde dayanılmaz bir tuvalet kokusu vardı tesisattan kaynaklı uyuyamadik. Oda booklet malzemeleri beş yıldızlı bir otel için çok çok zayıftı. onun dışında personeller güleryüzlü işlerini yapmaya çalışan gayretli insanlardı personelden memnunduk.

3001 nolu odanızda 1 gece kaldık fakat girdiğimiz andan çıkışa kadar odada bitmeyen bir küçük sinek kabilesi vardı Min 10-15 tanesini hallettik ama çıkarken bıle uçuşan küçük sinekler vardı bence odalarınızın ilaçlamasını ihmal ediyorsunuz
