When we got to the property they only had 1 room reserved and told us that the cleaning lady was not done cleaning our rooms yet. We left for dinner and came back and the rooms were "ready". 「Some of the staff were kind and helpful, the individual that checked us in was not. The pool is not usable which is a big deal when traveling with three kids. Wish we would have known ahead of time, we would have went elsewhere. 」

「Host was great, decorated nicely for Christmas, supplied a high chair and pack and play for baby. Place was clean, kitchen well-stocked, adequate seating for dining table. Location is very central to most of Lewiston and the Orchards. The main issue for us were the mattresses (very soft, and the twin beds very short), and the pillows way too thick (bad for necks).
