「The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

「A large and spacious 6 bedroom villa suitable for up to 12 people. Lots of interesting interior design features lend a fun atmosphere. Open staircase could be unsafe for very young children and multiple steps be difficult for infirm to negotiate. Lovely large and well maintained pool and poolside area. Friendly and helpful host who provided complimentary provisions on arrival. Advise a car to reach local amenities.」

「Rather disappointing for the very high nightly cost. Expected a very great deal more, especially as we had a junior suite which was just a slightly bigger room with a bed with just the frame of a 4 poster bed. The bathroom was ok but the towels small and thin. Alcohol in the room was free (4 small, bottles of whisky, vodka etc) but soft drinks and water were chargeable! 「Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The only problem with the hotel itself was the scraped and dirty walls and carpets leading up to our hotel room. Carpets ripped because, i am sure, of pulling luggage up the stars. The other major problem was the electricity was shut off by the electrical company in the area for whatever reason between the hours of 8 am and three pm. The electricity did not go on until Around four. We were alerted of the problem the day before. We had a wedding that day...
