「Location is the highlight of this Gualala studio. The stairs faded quickly into the spectacular views. This is a special retreat from the ordinary. Miren is a fantastic host, her knowledge of the area, attention to detail & warm hospitality all a highlight of our stay. We spent 3 nights & explored nearby, but the Anchor Bay beach below this studio makes this location a place of pure contentment, no need to roam. We hope to return.」

「The house was exactly as stated. It is pretty remote but there are day trips that can be done very easily. It is very relaxing and quiet. Could hear seals in the morning (wish I knew where they were at) and believe we heard a moose/elk? At night. Karen was great at promptly responding to our one issue. Thanks for a great stay.」

「First off let me say the cabin was impeccably clean inside. They left a snack tray in the fridge. The house was simple and small. Communication from the host was almost non existent. I didn't get any check in instructions or communication at all until the day of our trip. While clean and tidy the house was not 5 star in any way.
