「The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) 「My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol」

「A great and affordable alternative to get away from the grind and close to the water. It was our anniversary, and we enjoyed having a pool on 100-degree days and a cool room. St. Michaels is a quaint and fun town to visit. We've stayed here several times and will be back.」

「This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up.」

「The pool time for both pools is 8am-8pm which seems ridiculous during the summer. Also advertising a beach, but there isn’t any access to the water to swim. Other than that we had a great time. The staff is excellent!!!!」

「I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.」

「This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. 「From the moment we walked in, to an empty reception, and empty bar area we were not impressed. after several minutes, an unsmiling, unwelcoming receptionist came out of the side office and instead of coming over to us, stood at the opposite end of the reception and asked if she could help, with no apology and no welcome, then said "I am over here" !
