「Ocean front,quickly to walk to the beach,nice view.」

「Only thing I saw wrong was that the wallpaper in the bathroom needed to be reglued in spots , there was mold on the ceiling and the shower door only opened halfway ( we did tell them). Overall we would stay again. Perfect location on the beach.」

「We have been going to this property every year for a while. We always look forward to it. It has a beautiful view of the bay and is close to restaurants, etc. That being said, this year we stayed on the top floor, 538. and the noise from the fan was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation or watch tv. Also, the entire building stunk from marijuana. It was in the elevators, halls, hallway to rooftop pool, etc We couldn’t sit on our balcony because the rooms around us were smoking it. If...

The location was great, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. 「In the past 10 years I have stayed at either this property or its sister properties the Howard Johnson on 12th or 24th street every June and September. I have always enjoyed my stay and never had a problem. This time however I have my first complaints.
