“This hotel felt like a warm hug for weary travelers. Steps from the boardwalk and no need to cross any busy streets. Window AC units were efficient, larger personal fridge, clean private bathrooms, spacious parking and very friendly/helpful staff. There is no elevator so I had to make several trips to carry my parents belongings to their room on the 2nd floor. This is just something to consider. I liked the hotel very much and didn't mind not having a private balcony. My only suggestion is that……

“I think the hotel could use updates. There is only one very small elevator. We were on the 4th floor. After waiting a long time because it fills up fast. Then you Rosie if it was going to make it to 3&4. Made a lot of noise as if it was going to break down. The outdoor pool was very cloudy and one side is so narrow only chairs fit and few lounge chairs available. I guess my expectations were based on what the Carrouseluse to be. I will not revisit. It was horrible but wasn’t great either.……

“On arrival room wasn’t ready for 2 and a half hours after check in time. When we finally got into our room the room was extremely warm. I asked the front desk if we could get it check out and she said it wasn’t her problem. The next day I asked a different worker and she was much more helpful and got maintenance into our room right away. The AC wasn’t fixed, but they did add a portable AC and that cooled off the room and was tolerate. As for the room itself more than half of the outlets did not……
