“Ocean front,quickly to walk to the beach,nice view.”

“First room 503 had issue with lights n power , went to front desk and they help change room to 404 and then stay was great ! Love bench view even though weather was not great .”

“I had high hopes for this hotel and was highly disappointed. I booked a queen room, oceanfront through expedia that showed the room had a jacuzzi tub along with a private hot tub. On arrival the room we received did not have a private hot tub. I brought it to the hotel manager's attention and was told, Oh expedia must have an inaccurate description of the room, there is no private hot tub in the room we have for you. I asked if they could upgrade our room then to a king size bed, the manager……

“This hotel has a true beachfront location with first floor rooms you can walk out of on to the beach. We loved that feature. We slept with the door open to hear the ocean waves. It was great! The location is central, providing acces to the boardwalk side and to the many businesses to the north. The staff were all friendly and professional. They provide all day coffee and tea. Food is for sale in the Atrium Cafe. We liked the food and found it reasonably priced.”

“My home away from home Mikey and Ford at the front desk are 2 of my favorite people in OC a visit to Tidelands isn’t the same for us if they aren’t there! Our room was great our stay was great! Katie, your staff is amazing! See you in July with my sister!”

“Our family enjoyed the pool/ splash pad. The parking was plentiful, and the arcade was cool. Break menu needs to improve to include more fruit options and maybe higher protein options. the area for breakfast needs to be laid out so the line can flow better.”

“Very friendly staff, full kitchen, it was raining the entire weekend so unfortunately no outdoor pool or bar but the Skye bar restaurant across the street was phenomenal.”
