“Ocean front,quickly to walk to the beach,nice view.”

“Resort was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Resort was showing signs of age coffee pot in room didn't work elevator north was very slow and run down. Resort restaurants were very good but staff was very slow and never checked on us after food and drinks were served. Both restaurants. I would recommend staying here just needs some improvement.”

“Outdoor pool n bar closed and people wasn’t notified. Cup of urine left inside closed in the room. So looks like room was not properly cleaned. Housekeeping Staff Didn’t barely spoke English. Table in the room dirty. Useless skating rink. No air conditioner in the hallway. Very disappointing stay”

“The staff was fairly friendly however they do not enforce non-smoking rules in the aging hotel. We were not able to keep our door open to enjoy the ocean air due to all the marijuana and cigarette smoke from rooms. People literally just throwing their trash over the balcony with the butt ends of “whatever” they were smoking. We complained but they never got the guests to conform to the rules. The yard maintenance guy just picking up a 5 gallon bucket full of it. Police there on our last day to……

“We always stay at Fenwick and find the place quiet and comfortable. I just wish they had some meat for breakfast with the pancakes”

“There were roaches in our room, soft walls, mold over the bath tub and cracks in the bath tub. Only good thing about this place is how cheap it was which makes sense why it was so cheap and it was right on the beach which was nice”

“Location was great! Parking was tight. Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I would gladly book here again.”

“What I disliked was the bathtub drain did not work well at all, in fact to take a 10 minute shower the tub fills with dirty water and takes a half hour to drain out. The room overall was decent but poorly cleaned and maintained.”

“Stayed there years ago. This time room not clean found a banana stem on the carpet and a motts applesauce packet beside couch. No washrags were there. Had to ask. No towels at pool area had to ask..No pots and pans in cabinets so don't plan on making food”
