“Ocean front,quickly to walk to the beach,nice view.”

“This was the second year in a row that our car was hit in the hotel parking lot. What are the chances of that? Although we never heard from the manager, who we were told would contact us after checkout, the front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize the security staff member who assisted us after the parking lot incident. He was extremely helpful, and we greatly appreciated everything he did. Unfortunately, we received no……

“Beach view wonderful. All good. EXCEPT only 1 towel, no hand towel or washcloth for a double room for two nights.”

“Great family resort. Make sure you bring a kite to fly by the pond. Also there is a two malls across the street and a grocery store around the corner for those in cabins and rooms with kitchenettes. The outdoor pool is nice and for the little ones, there is a separate sprayground. Fresh towels and washcloths were delivered daily.”

“Parking is horrible. The staff would get all the parking in front of the hotel leaving people to carry all there luggage from the parking lot 2 streets over back to the hotel. If your on the top floor your always better off taking the stairs. Sometimes you’ll get lucky but you’ll normally wait a eternity. The pools were tiny 8 people at the pool felt like a lot. The morning front desk people were super helpful and very nice.”

“We stayed in Sahara West..it's one of 3 Sahara buildings, wifi was only 2g, daughters room didn't have a working TV, no coffee pots in the rooms..don't go by the pics of the rooms..only the beach front rooms have full fridge and counter space..pools had no shade For an older building it was okay but could have been better..”

“The room was great.Clean perfect view of ocean.Right on boardwalk close to places to get coffee.Staff was very friendly. I wanted to stay a extra day the staff accommodated me by letting me stay in the same room.i would definitely stay here again.”

“At 3:50 pm the room had not been cleaned the restaurant floor was dirty the glass shelves in the restaurant one could write their name wit the amount of of dust on it. Plus the restaurant floor is not open on Monday. There is access to a computer security is questionable as numerous times no one is at the front desk. The elevator is easily accessed as u don’t need a card”
