「The outdoor pool, patio, and bar were closed during our stay. The indoor pool was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had two rooms booked -one room was very nice and clean while the other room had broken doors, stained bedding and shower curtains, the lock on the patio door didn’t lock which was discouraging when younger children were with us. The restaurant food was average. The staff were helpful and accommodating.」

「We loved having the shuttle to take us back and forth to the boardwalk. All the drivers were amazing! The property is a little gem, its amenities are great and my kids had a blast. The rooms are a little outdated, could use some remodeling. My recommendation would be to get rid of carpet in the rooms and to update the shower heads at the very least. Overall very great little resort, comfortable, and super fun!」

「I stayed at the Plim Plaza Hotel for a vacation in Ocean City, and while the location was great, almost everything else about this hotel was disappointing. First, the room was extremely small — so small there wasn’t even a chair or table to sit and eat at. Since the weather during our trip was horrible, we ended up stuck inside more than expected, which made the tiny room feel even worse. 「Staff is inattentive, property is poorly maintained, elevators kept flashing the fireman signal and felt and sounded super sketchy, the toilet in the hotel room was broken and constantly ran like it was trying to flush, walls are super thin so you hear everyone around you (doors shutting, stomping), room service sucked - they wouldn’t bring towels to room. I would not recommend this hotel, and I go to OC every summer」

「We reserved front ocean view. It was a very nice location to watch air show. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit older so you do see wear and tear but it was clean. Great for a few days with small frig and coffeemaker.」
