“Rooms were outdated with paper thin walls (we could literally hear drawers opening and closing from next door). Bathroom was gross (shower head had black spots so didn't use it for the night at all). Indoor pool wasn't clean and needs immediate cleaning. Outdoor pool was okay.”

“The staff here is fabulous, very friendly and always willing to answer a question or offer assistance. I was impressed with the security and how they handled situations quietly and efficiently. The hotel has two pools that were clean and well maintained. I loved how close this hotel was to everything. We stayed in a pool side suite which was very spacious. “Overall, it was a great location and had great restaurants in the hotel. The carpet was getting old and probably needs to be replaced and there was a few stains.”

“The problems we had was we stayed there for 5 nites and the maid only showed up the first 2 days— very disappointed— Also, in the 6 years we have been going there this was the first year they charged $10/day for parking, and with the expensive $450/nite you would think they could throw that in for free. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the hotel— definitely worth the stay and we would go again.”
