“Got charged an extra $20 at check in because I forgot to update my second guest from a child to an adult.”

“The room was disgusting! We received clean towels, opened up and black long hair fell out. But the location I guess was worth the nasty. I liked the porch.”

“We enjoyed our time. The highlights were available snacks/coffee and the bar/food were good with great service. The hotel is in need of updates. It looks and feels worn. We did not like our room being on the first floor. It took away from the view and did not provide the partial ocean view as advertised.”

“Alejandra was such a great house keeper she cleaned my room swept and mopped due to sand . She was so nice and helpful . The bar on the property was a plus . The partial view could’ve been better but hey . :)”

“The staff there is not helpful at all I complained about the room smelling like marajuana and they did nothing about it I have both my children who have bad asthma and I was giving my children treatments every night I spoke to flor and she didn’t nothing also spoke to the head of security and he did nothing as well the manager said nothing either all there response was we can’t go knocking on peoples door but it’s a non smoking hotel . I had to buy sprays and try to get the small out and nothing……

“A block away from the beach. I stayed in the tower building. Pool side view. Pool outside. Cafe connected to building. Housekeeping was very nice.”

“Air conditioner worked and room very nice and spacious only compliant is that the bed sheets looked like they had not been changed and had sand all over them .”
