“My concerns/dislikes were: 1) bedsheets appear to not have been changed; 2) refrigerator exterior was filthy; and 3) obvious /uncertain stains were present on the sofa’s cushions (not clean). We conducted surface cleaning in the kitchen, bathroom, and sleep area. It was quite apparent the refrigerator’s exterior surface was filthy. We pleased that the staff responded quickly and timely in changing our bed linens.”

“Pros: I liked that the hotel was close to the beach, and they offered a shuttle if you didn’t want to walk. The pool was also a nice feature. Cons: The biggest issue was the housekeeping and overall cleanliness. The hallways were often dirty, with garbage left on the ground. Our room was rarely properly serviced. We repeatedly asked for fresh towels and still wouldn’t receive them. The cleaners also wouldn’t take out our trash. We would even bag it, tie it up, and leave it outside our door to……

“We always love the view of bayside with the sunset the room is always nice with the fridge and you can walk to a couple of stores if need be.”

“My room had a smell the first day and it wasnt until the second day when the housekeeper cleaned my room and it went away. I feel like where the hotel is located is awesome and great amenties however the maintenance in the hotel, hallway, walls, doors in rooms, cabinets were absolutely awful. so i would definitely say to renovate the rooms and carpet, walls in hallways.”

“Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hair dryer was broken and never fixed. Did not replace bath towels when they cleaned our room. When we asked for new ones, the girl did not want to give us any but finally gave us two. We went to the desk at 2:00 when we arrive to see if we could get a parking pass since we were early. Before even greeting me, the man behind the desk said “check in is at 4:00.” He did not bother to ask how he could help me or even say hello. This has potential……
