“The staff are polite and friendly, but the room cleaning could be a little better. Breakfast wasn't very tasty; I don't know about the other dishes or meals served at the hotel restaurant. Overall, the hotel is good, the location is great, and the atmosphere is nice, too.”

“We had to call multiple times for wash clothes on 2 separate days. There is no information about things to do at the hotel and surrounding area in the rooms. The room had a funny smell. I probably would pick somewhere else to stay next year. The kids did like ice skating so that was a plus.”

“For the price it’s perfectly fine especially with how expensive ocean city is. It was just me and my son so the room was good enough for us. Cleanliness was ok. The bed was clean and most of the room. There was ants so had to be very careful with leaving food or drinks out. Shower had hair in it from someone and I get grossed out by that but nothing you couldn’t just rinse down.”

“The room had good amenities, but it doesn’t make sense to have to pay a fee to have your dog there and they did not clean your room. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there so I could not get any work done on my laptop. They also put us in the third floor walk up with no elevator so it was difficult for my 73-year-old mom to go up and down..”
