「The room was somewhat okay, a bit on the older side. The rest of the building was pretty nice, the views are immaculate. Staff was rarely needed/seen, however the front desk agents were SO helpful! The building has access right to the Beach with a private walkway. I especially loved that our balcony was private ! Other than the negative parts such as the ac being on the weaker side, the elevator being down in the ocean view building, and the raunchy service elevator we had to use, the building...

「A body mirror is necessary in the 400 rooms. Had to do make-up in my car and use the reflection of the t.V to see how I look :) Other than that it is a really nice place to spend time with loved ones.」

「Happy to see a lot of renovations to the the rooms and lobby. Outdoor pools were beautiful and heated. Indoor pool had NO water circulating and didn’t feel clean enough to swim in. I called it discussing. 」

「Location is great, nice pool and outdoor seating. Free coffee in the lobby. Room and bathroom .very small. Very little space between toilet seat and the bathtub. No shampoo and conditioner」

「Parking is horrible. The staff would get all the parking in front of the hotel leaving people to carry all there luggage from the parking lot 2 streets over back to the hotel. If your on the top floor your always better off taking the stairs. Sometimes you’ll get lucky but you’ll normally wait a eternity. The pools were tiny 8 people at the pool felt like a lot. The morning front desk people were super helpful and very nice.」

「We stayed in Sahara West..it's one of 3 Sahara buildings, wifi was only 2g, daughters room didn't have a working TV, no coffee pots in the rooms..don't go by the pics of the rooms..only the beach front rooms have full fridge and counter space..pools had no shade For an older building it was okay but could have been better..」
