Appliance we’re up to date, and bathroom was terrible… Spoke to the front desk attendant and he said there was no other rooms available We checked in at 4pm and checked out at 8pm as we couldn’t deal with the room/building conditions”

“This is one of our go to’s in OC. We are always pleased with everything. This time around we got a room where the AC was not working at its full potential. We spent 2 nights but reported the bad AC after the 1st night and we were given a fan which is fine I guess as a quick solution but the AC unit really needs to be fixed. We barely slept the 2 nights we were there due to the heat and high humidity. I don’t think this is a common thing at this hotel as they are very much on top of everything……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. The bathroom was ridiculously small, barely room to stand and turn around, the sink was in the hallway. While the……

“Nice cozy room for 2 people spending several days in ocean city MD. The room was so close to the boardwalk. Air conditioning was good and loved the walk in shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again”

“The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms have the oldest furniture and interior design I’ve ever seen in the U.S. Honestly, I think this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The staff, however, are amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. It’s only tolerable for one night.”
