「The rooms were never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes every day. The elevator didn’t work near our room and we had to use the stairs every time or walk a long way to get to the elevator that worked.」

They accommodated me when I asked for a higher floor room and when I decided to stay an extra day and was able to keep me in the same room」

「THIS property is old and outdated with curtains that look like they are from the 70's. There are stains, discolorations and chips on the furniture as well. The fact that this place has the audacaity to charge a $5 resort fee is comical but w3hat really took me over the edge is that when it was time for me to go to sleep I pulled the comforter back and there were brown stains on the sheets. I had a double bed so I pulled the other comforter back and got the same thing. I was so disgusted and...

「Great view, excellent staff. I couldn't see over the dunes from my room.They went out of their way to give me a room on a higher floor so I could see the water. Also, the air conditioning in the new room wasn't as cold as I like, the maintenance man came right to the room to fix it and brought me a fan just in case.」

「The hotel and rooms were always kept clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The private beach (on the bayside) was kept very nice and has lounge chairs set up as well. Watersports on the property is a nice touch. Having a pool inside and outside were also great amenities! Location is perfect for walking to Seacrets, Macky’s, mini golf, and other attractions along with only being one block to beach/ocean. Only negative is my room did not offer an exhaust fan in it nor an a/c vent,...
