“The rooms and property are clean and maintained. The rooms are also very spacious. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and paper towels as they are not stocked in the rooms. Pool and beach access were great! Ocean view rooms are a bit of gamble, but really loved the pool view as you could see the ocean.”

“Do not count on the sofa bed. It was awful—the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. You could feel all the coils digging into your back, making it very uncomfortable. The microwave was also strange. When it was cold, the door was fine but as soon as it heated up, the door would lock and was difficult to open. The carpets did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. However, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient.”

“The room was clean, but very musty smelling. The walkways and stairs had garbage on them. For 3 days no one cleaned them. Beds were left unmade, only garbage from room removed. There were neighboring rooms that looked like they had too many people in them, just hanging out, and it was noisy. Had a trailer park vibe! Pool was nice, though! ”

“They did not give use shampoo and it smelled like dead fish, I know it was on the beach but it smelled like dead fish and socks. over all it was kinda small but the staff was 10/10, and the pool was nice, warm and clean. It was fine for 3 days but I feel more then 3 days would be a bit to much but over all it was a nice stay.”

“The Rooftop Bar was to die for! Brandon was amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made me the best espresso Martini. The hotel found a bag I left in the room and called me immediately. I love this hotel and will definitely stay again! My new favorite OC hotel.”

“An older building, bathroom was moldy. There was a moldy shower chair left in shower- it was gross. I placed it in the hall & it stayed there our entire stay. A pull out bed was provided but had to ask for a blanket which looked like an ancient curtain!”

“This property is very deceiving from the outside. The exterior is a bit weathered, but the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is ideal, only one block from the Boardwalk. If you are looking for a small, clean, and quiet place to stay in Ocean City, I highly recommend the Wellington. Just be aware that there are no elevators, so if stairs are an issue, request the first floor. Parking is on site and convenient. All in all a very nice hotel.”

“Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and it was a good experience. Our room was a double queen, we had a stove& oven, microwave, mini fridge, 2 sinks, extra pillow ect. The room was clean - traveling with an infant and toddler thats crucial to me. I have 3 downsides to the room we stayed in. We had a balcony and the door had not been maintenanced so it came off the hinges frequently making it hard to shut the door. Secondly, the bathroom door didnt shut either unless you pull up on the door……
