“Worst experience I’ve had to date. Housekeeping was a joke. The room wasn’t clean. Not enough towels for how many guests we had. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. The drawer handles were sticky. We weren’t given anything at check in for pool codes, so not disturb, maps for the property nothing. I went down to tell them about the balcony and showed……

“Even though I've booked this at least 2.5 months back, we were put on the pet floor (we didn't have pets with us). Constant barking in all the rooms. The refrigerator stopped working the 2nd night so all of our perishables in the fridget went bad. I told the management and nothing was done about it.”

“Parking is horrible. The staff would get all the parking in front of the hotel leaving people to carry all there luggage from the parking lot 2 streets over back to the hotel. If your on the top floor your always better off taking the stairs. Sometimes you’ll get lucky but you’ll normally wait a eternity. The pools were tiny 8 people at the pool felt like a lot. The morning front desk people were super helpful and very nice.”
