“I am not one to exaggerate for reviews, so believe me when I tell you this resort was wonderful. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We had a suite and the kitchen was spotless. We had a side view balcony and the view of the beach was still great. The deck restaurant (forgot name) has a nice bar, tables, with palm trees for the island feel. The pool is large compared to other hotels/resorts. Outside tables and the firepit was nice. Definitely going……

“The check-in process was easy, and the staff member was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel met my expectations and was good value. The room was clean, with plenty of towels, and in good condition. The hotel's soundproofing wasn't that great, and there were times when it felt like the guests above us were going to come through the floor. If you're traveling with kids or can't sleep in noisy environments, pack your earplugs.”

“This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at! The staff was helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean and didn’t smell misty. Bathrooms smelled very clean when we arrived. The lobby, hallways, patio and pool area were well kept. The only downfalls were super small parking spaces. The AC’s are economic units which means they auto turn off which was annoying when sleeping. Lastly, the live bands were a BUST all 4 days we were there. It was actually one of the reasons we didn’t stay at the……

“There are maintenance company needs to stay on top of it. Broken telephone, no utensils, second degree burning hot water, broken hair dryer...to name a few. Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful and excellent. Staff even gave us a discount on our stay because of the issues with our room. I'll give it a three on cleansliness. We had to wipe down the switches in our room refrigerator handles microwave. Our broken telephone was very grimy, and there was a pubic hair on it. Cleaning……
