「Arrived, asked for early checkin. Waited for a call for 1 1/2 hours. Walked up at 4:00 check in and the same person admitted he forgot about us. Same night, the temperature dropped and we tried to turn on the heat. Not working. Maintenance arrived and declared they couldn't do anything until morning. Turned off all air and in the morning stopped at the front desk and, once again, told someone would call. 24 Hours later, maintenance gave us a space heater. They never fixed it, but gave us a...

「This was my family's 1st time staying at this location. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and there was plenty for my 4 year old grandson to do. He loved the indoor pool, miniature golf, arcade room, playground and even the movie theater. He selected the movie he wanted to see and we were the only ones in the theater. The staff even popped popcorn for us. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We stayed in a beach front room. Excellent views. Room was comfortable. A/C was only a fan one night but was fixed in the morning. Fortunately, it wasn't hot outside. When we arrived, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. You can tell housekeeping cut corners and wasn't thorough and we never got wash clothes unless we went to the front desk and asked. Weird. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we're comfortable.
