“Great beach access. Our room wasn’t clean when we checked in and the sofa bed was broken. They sent someone to clean and allowed us to change rooms with a sofa bed. The second room was much cleaner. Nice staff”

“The staff on the premises were wonderful and extremely helpful. We loved the fact that the pools were right on the premise and even when we ventured out it was not far away at all. All other amenities and restaurants were very close, minutes away. Parking was good and free!! We didn't like the fact that the linens could have been softer. The towels and blankets were very scratchy. Some were soft and some were not. Our neighbors were a bit noisy at 12:00am but, this was a family-oriented facility……

“Our room was disgusting. There was a left over wash clothes left in our shower from the people before. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and some “goo” left on the bathroom counter and walls. It smelled musty too. I would never stay here again”

“Decent enough location. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful. And the maintenance issue we had was corrected quickly. The price was right. Thats about all the good i can say. With the Thunderbird you certainly get what you pay for and that’s not very much. Rooms were old and gnarly. The pool and pool area was gross. If you can afford a nicer place, I highly recommend you doing so other than that if it’s all you can afford and you don’t mind old, noisy and somewhat dirty this is the place……

“No hooks to hang clothes/towels on, poor lighting in hotel room, no chair to sit on, no hot water, continental breakfast didn't start till 8am and was late almost every day, broken toilet seat, mold in shower, and TV didn't work. The staff was very friendly.”
