“I dont usually book at this hotel but I wanted to give it a try .first thing once I went inside the room, I went straight to double check on the bathroom to see if the bathroom was clean as it should be it was a shocker to see the shower was dirty it had public hair on the tub and ceiling shower which was totally disgusting second the shower curtain had a smell like it hasn't been in a washer for days so disappointed second the bed sheets were dirty they had sand and like stain on it I had……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. The bathroom was ridiculously small, barely room to stand and turn around, the sink was in the hallway. While the……

“Though Tideland have their own parking lot I did not realize until shortly before arriving they charge $20 a day for parking. A/C and TV were troublesome most of our stay. When asked about A/C maintenance installed a portable A/C unit in our room. Tideland was waiting for cable provider to repair cable. Needed to ask to freshen the room. Staff was incredibly accommodating to needs I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“My husband and I booked the hotel for our 19th anniversary. We really liked the ocean front room. Very clean. Maybe put a side table on the balconies. We would like to see a safe in the rooms for security and peace of mind. We liked the bar/restaurant underneath the hotel. Nice hotel. We hope to stay next year.”
