「Princess Royale Resort is a family friendly hotel. The food is great and the hotel rooms are newly renovated and clean. Direct access to the beach from the hotel makes it even better. One thing I do wish the hotel included is free beach umbrellas and chairs. Daily rental of an umbrella and three chairs cost $80 a day, which is a bit expensive considering their hotel room rates. Be sure to bring your own beach umbrella and chair to avoid that high cost.」

「Ppl sucked. Idk if maryland or this resort in particular or the date but ratchetness everywhere. Had a chick trying to chase her bf thru our parking spots while I was backing in. Also resort is a bit of stretch. Its like hotel plus.... lol. Staff and hotel were great.」

「When checked in, people before us received welcome bag and we did not. I think everyone should get it or just leave it in the room of those guest that are getting one..felt unwelcome form the first moment. Also rooms are pretty clean but entrance and even side entrances smelled like urine and there was a lot of trash…saw two floor cleaning buckets (under the stairs by the side entrance) full with dirty water… Anyhow, we like the rooms since they are pretty clean and we like location of the...

「Our stay was good, quiet and the staff was accommodating. The location is great. Amenities are useful. The only negative thing I would say is a lot of their linens and towels have random stains on them. Even upon requesting new ones, they come with stains. Also the housekeepers don’t wear uniforms, it’s mostly young adults/teenagers wearing their normal clothes with an airpod in lol. But for the price and location it is fair」

「Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!」

「Staff was pleasant. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Air Conditioning did not work in room. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the room. They did have available at the front desk. You have to ask. Bathroom was not clean. Stuff in sink and sand in shower.」

「Parking was good. Room was clean. AC worked well. Check in was a bit rough my room was not ready at 4pm waited 20 mins pass 4 pm and then left and came back a little after 5 pm and it was ready at that time. 」

「While the location of the hotel is fantastic and its proximity to the beach is excellent, I noticed that the property seems quite old. Specifically, the rooms are in need of more maintenance and updating to improve the guest experience.」

「I think everything was great. My only complaint is that there was a weird loud noise that would come from the air conditioner when it would kick on. Otherwise, it definitely worked. Everything was very clean. The staff (and I mean every single person I came in contact with) was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!!」
