“Staff was lovely, check-in was easy”

“We found the room delightful -- lovely furnishings, great layout, excellent quiet HVAC. The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in. One negative note: the EV charging unit was difficult to use and expensive. Tesla drivers will likely find it much easier to just scout out a……

“The location was convenient as we were traveling through the area. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We did have to “play” with the thermostat some before the room cooled down as it clearly had not been used in some time. Thankfully it worked and we slept well. The splash pad area looked like it would be nice for families with young children. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we slept through it since we checked in late. Staff were friendly.”

“The biggest problem at this hotel the parking fee that does not give you a designated parking space. I think it should not be a FEE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A SPACE FOR MY CAR EACH DAY THAT I STAY THERE. I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEXT TRIP TO THE AREA.”

“The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated.”

“Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people.”

“Well there is a lot to unpack here, this is not a horrible hotel, I would consider staying here again as a matter of fact. “I was impressed when I first stepped into the building! The concierge/hostess was gracious and friendly. Actually, she was glad to see me! That made me comfortable right away. I was conscious of the facilities being on Rt. 30 and concerned about the possibility of noise. However, I slept well! I am an early riser and I knew that breakfast was served at 6:30a.
