The listing is a scam. It's not an Inn. It's a 3 BR house under demolition and construction in a challenged neighborhood. The side yard and backyard are full of debris (2 junk vehicles, a trashed camper, demo material, golf clubs....). A barking dog was locked in the garage.

Would not recommend! Is not like an Inn...its more like someones house in a not so great part of town. It was locked when we got there from the airport, which was at 2 am. They did promptly answer our call, but then directed us to another apartment in the back of a complex that wasnt great! Would never go back.

Didn't see the staff except for check in, paint is all over the floor, electrical sockets are hanging out and it was not a pleasent stay. I do not recommend this place. I was in it as little as possible. Sleep and shower was it. Was NOT worth the money spent on it.

The property seems like it's trying to establish itself as a bed and breakfast, but it's got a long way to go. Pros: the bed was comfortable Cons: (a) there is no one available for check-in if you walk up, even though it's listed as check in any time. Call at least an hour ahead of time so they can have someone there to meet you. Otherwise, you'll wait until someone shows up. (b) A single shared bathroom (with shower and bath) for all rooms. Plan for delayed time. (c) The breakfast is a kitchen with a few things in a fridge + a coffee maker (so food is provided, but bare minimum). I and another person who stayed at the same time washed our own dishes. (d) The common area furniture is very old and threadbare; not something I felt comfortable using (e) I'm not sure what the previous review was taking about with door codes for entry, but this definitely uses keys, and the front door isn't managed well (doorbell also doesn't work, so no way to notify staff you have arrived unless you call). Overall, it feels like someone bought a house and is trying to turn it into a bed and breakfast, but doesn't have any experience running a hotel/inn. If you're just looking for a bed for the night to stay quickly, then it's reasonable, though the check-in process is very slow, as stated above, so call ahead. If you're looking for a place to spend a few days in Anchorage or looking for a romantic bed and breakfast, this is not the place for you.
