Daughter is hitting all the states and the 49th was her 49th! Loved our winter stay! Great location and great apartment! Was wonderful! The fireplace was on and greeted us when we arrived. Had a problem with parking but our host was great and quick with a solution! Would for sure stay here again!

Outstanding downtown location

One block to convention center, free off-street parking, quiet & private, close to everything, and has everything you need. There isn't a scenic view of Anchorage, but the decor is warm and calming. We spent our days busy at convention and our evenings in comfort. Hosts are excellent, friendly, and super helpful. This property has perfectly located and accessible plug-ins! And the fireplace adds additional charm to the location.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was spacious, had a great kitchen and the fireplace was perfect to sit beside in the evening. It was an easy walk to restaurants, bars and cafes. It was also close to the Coastal Trail, a fantastic walk along the foreshore.Our host Mary was amazing, she ensured everything was organised for our stay with a comprehensive guide to everything about the apartment. She was also in contact with us during the stay, to check if we needed anything.I would highly recommend a stay here.

In town comfort

We loved our time in this rental. The unit was exceptionally clean and cared for, more than we normally see in rental units. There also were finishing touches beyond what is typical that really make this feel like a home away from home. A very nice city unit that is also comfortably lit from inside. Additionally, the owners were very kind and when we had any needs they were met whether we deserved it or not.

perfect place to stay

Booked this apartment in downtown Anchorage when in town for work. It lived up to its description and comfort. Given the snowy weather, it was a warm place to return to each night. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nicely decorated with Alaska colors and artwork and I loved sitting next to the gas fireplace. The apartment is centrally located to all shops and restaurants all within walking distance.Mary was a great Host and immediately responded to any questions. I would definitely stay here again when back in Anchorage.

The Best Place I have ever stayed in Anchorage

Clean, Cute and a perfect location for our business trip into Anchorage.
