Located next to popular Westchester Lagoon and The Coastal Trail, this apartment is also minutes from downtown by car, bike, or your feet! If you have a vehicle, you'll have a parking spot reserved just for you.

This is a brand new "floor to ceiling" remodeled apartment that we finished in December 2019. We planned and designed the apartment for comfort of our guests. Our first vacation rental "Blocks from Downtown at Westchester" is also in the building and accommodates up to 4 guests and has an extra half bath for those guests who need a little more room.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, one full bath, and a washer and dryer in the unit. We've stocked our Keurig and Nespresso machine and stocked the refrigerator with complimentary bottled water.
New for May 2020, we've added a twin size bed to the second bedroom. The pull out sofa bed in the living room is a full size memory foam mattress. Comfortable for one person, or two people if you don't mind sharing a bed just a little narrower than a queen size bed.
You'll have the entire 900 Sq Ft apartment to yourself.
This is non-smoking/vaping property. For the comfort of our guests and residents, please do not smoke/vape in the apartment, on the deck, or at the top of the driveway.
