The Kitchen was large, very accommodating and convenient. It was well stocked with all the necessities. The family room was excellent to hang out and play games and socialize. The amount of room made it easy to be able to have a large group watching the games. The bedrooms were nice & clean.

Great family reunion spot

There were 18 of us, ages 9 to 78. We had beds for all, and enough room that we never felt crowded at all. The second living area downstairs was great for tv watchers while others visited upstairs, and still others were gaming up in the loft.

Great for a family reunion

There were 18 of us ranging in age from 9 to 78 but we never felt crowded as there was plenty of space and separate living areas for people to hang out in. Kitchen accommodated all our meals, all appliances worked well, and there was actually dining seating for all of us together. It was great for our gang!

Monarch

The Monarch was clean and roomy. The family room was comfortable. It was great to have the room to come together. The Monarch also had a unit B. This was fantastic because the adults could enjoy one part of the house while the children slept in their room. We really enjoyed the Monarch and our Alaskan vacation.

Girdwood Summer Vacation

The Monarch was spacious snd clean. If you can handle stairs, it is a great place. I suggest the cleaning crew check folded towels. Unfortunately, 2 folded towels were dirty. It appeared like a prior guest wiped their nose on the towels and put them back. Fortunately, we saw the nasty dirt before using the towel.Other than the 2 folded dirty towels, the house was clean. It was an easy about 45 min ride from the Anchorage Airport. We had to contact the management company to get the lockbox code for unit B. The person I spoke to was friendly and.helpful.The property was perfect for our family of 10.
