We actually didn’t get to stay, because when we arrived they didn’t have any rooms with two beds, as we had reserved, due to closing the floor for renovations. The young girl running the desk at 9:00 PM was very kind and apologetic and was able to get us put up in another “sister” hotel nearby. The ordeal was frustrating, however, since I had my young boys with me and a small window to get back to my daughter’s sporting event and missed the beginning. Also, there was a homeless man she and the male housekeeper were trying to get to leave the property and the way it was handled in front of my family was very disappointing. The male employee was extremely unprofessional. Lastly, I was told I wouldn’t be charged anymore at the replacement hotel but still had to give a credit card for “incidentals” and it has a large pending charge which makes no sense as I had already paid through hotels.com. So now I have to go deal with that.
