“The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 ”

“Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any……

“Ample parking, good breakfast choices, good size room and en-suite. WiFi and TV in the room. Cosy communal lounge and kitchen. The kitchen well equipped with refrigerator, cooker and microwave.”

“We had a great 3 night stay the weekend before Christmas. Breakfast was included in our rate at the adjacent pub and it was fab - all cooked to order plus a continental buffet, and some choices too (full english, sandwiches, avocado and poached egg on toast etc). Hotel was nice a quiet, plenty of free parking. Beds were just a little bit too hard for us but we had busy days out so we slept well anyway. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! ”

“A very pleasant stay - stayed for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. All staff were very pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet area with lots of scenic countryside around to see. Just be aware that the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs for access, but that is to be expected with a listed building.”

“Fabulous!! Stopped in the “Brewood” room on a Tuesday night. Hadn’t thought to book a table for dinner, which was rather last minute as we had 6 guests joining us. The staff were amazing; despite being fully booked, they opened their private dining room for us. The food is fantastic, and the included breakfast was brilliant quality. Top quality sausages!! Thank you for having us! ”

“I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. ”
